Kontrapunkt has established an independent shopper design agency under the name of Everland. As a separate company within Kontrapunkt Group, Everland aims to help consumer brands increase their relevance and better engage with shoppers during the critical purchase decision. Everland is previously known as Kontrapunkt FMCG and current clients include Danone, Orkla, Carlsberg, Co-Ro, Schulstad, Rema1000, and others.
“Kontrapunkt’s FMCG team has created a niche in the market with an impressive set of clients over the past 15 years. I’m incredibly proud that we’re now in a position to establish an independent shopper agency, which will benefit our clients and help us become even better at what we do. The new agency will not only create a more precise proposition for Everland but also benefit Kontrapunkt’s position through increased clarity. We believe that Everland’s services and competences are key to increased relevance and commercial success for consumer brands going forward,” says Bo Linnemann, founder of Kontrapunkt.
Everland will be focusing on consumer brand building and packaging design that create engaging experiences and drive a positive impact in the market. The new setup will help the team improve their services and further specialise their competences within an increasingly competitive shopper field.
“The brands and products that we take for granted today might be gone tomorrow. That’s the nature of the FMCG game, where brands simply cannot stand still. On a positive note, that very same competition is what benefits consumers the most. Everland aims to help consumer brands create a stronger relation to the shopper and create the most value for both consumers and brands during the purchase decision,” says Thomas Gamst, Managing Director at Everland. “By establishing Everland as an independent shopper design agency, we believe we can create greater impact in the market and thus raise the bar for both ourselves and our clients.”
Everland’s management team consists of former Kontrapunkt partners Thomas Gamst, Ronnie Greve and Mikael Tonning. Christian Halsted, Strategy Director, will also join Everland’s group of partners.
